Cambodian PM to Resume Public Forum

PHNOM PENH: Prime Minister Hun Sen will return to the public forum after completing his Covid-19 test and receiving a negative result. He will attend the inauguration ceremony of National Road 3 from Chom Chao to Kampot.

On Monday, the Prime Minister stated he had completed his quarantine period and returned to work after testing negative for Covid-19.

He wrote on his official Facebook page, "Dear compatriots! After re-testing, I received a negative Covid-19 result. Therefore, I have to finish my quarantine and go back to my normal work. Please, my compatriots, meet only happiness and prosperity. "

Last Friday, Prime Minister Hun Sen announced that he isolating, monitoring his health and testing for Covid-19 after having direct contact with a positive case. However, on Monday, he confirmed that he had not tested positive for the virus.
